Edinburgh Airport Facilities

You can now fly to over 55 destinations with new ones being added constantly. The Scottish Parliament has assisted in more scheduled and long haul flights being added and it is predicted that Edinburgh will overtake Glasgow as Scotland’s premier airport by 2006.

Facilities

Arrivals and departures are on the ground floor together with information boards to direct you to the correct check in desks. Trolleys can be found on the ground floor to assist with your baggage.

Please ensure you adhere to the check in times outlined on your tickets. Once check in has closed for security reasons no further passengers will be allowed even if the flight is delayed.

The information desk is located in the arrivals hall.

Left Luggage is between check in and arrivals and is open from 0500 to 2300 which covers most flight times.

These are open from 0600 to 2200 although restaurants usually close around 2100

International Currency Exchange is open from 0600 until 2200 or to meet all flights. The money exchange guarantees instant availability of at least 23 currencies and short notice access to a further 60.

First Aid / Medical

Medical Room and First Aid open from 0615 until 2215.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchairs are available, hearing loops, toilets, porters and car parking.
